You may begin arbitration by giving the other party a
Notice Beginning Arbitration,
which is a prescribed form that
describes the dispute and sets out your choice to use one of our
dispute resolution professionals as your arbitrator. You will note
that the names of our dispute resolution professionals are already
entered on the form for your convenience, so you should use this form
only if you wish to use one of our dispute resolution professionals.
Complete the form, and give it to the other party to the dispute.
If the other party agrees to have a dispute resolution
professional from Pacific Centre for Dispute Resolution Inc.
arbitrate the dispute, the other party will choose one of the
arbitrators named on the Notice Beginning Arbitration, and complete a
Notice of Reply
and give this to you.
You will then respond by completing the
Notice Responding to Reply
and give this to the other party. After you send these
completed forms back to Pacific Centre for Dispute Resolution Inc.,
the arbitrator named on the Notice of Reply and the Notice Responding
to the Reply will contact you and the other party to the dispute and
advise you both of the next steps in the process.
